It’s kinda sad but it’s a fact that our ancestors used to eat barely one time a day and because of this marketing and all that, now we eat much more than that. Apart from eating more, we eat unhealthy food.
If we remove added sugars, excessive carbohydrates from our daily life and if we create a calories deficit, then, I guess, it’s pretty damn easy to beat obesity. May you lose some pounds this month. Cheers!
